I started to watch the Instant Family trailer earlier today and didn't really know what to expect. By the end of it, I was ready for it to be in theaters tomorrow and was getting moisture in my eyes! Yes, the first trailer for the comedy Instant Family shocked me, so it's a must see for everyone out there!
Instant Family comes from Paramount Pictures and stars Mark Wahlberg and Rose Byrne as a couple that decides to become foster parents. This turns into a lot more than they bargained for, as they bring kids into their life.
The movie is actually based on real events from the life of the movie's writer/director, Sean Anders. Instant Family sees Pete (Wahlberg) and Ellie (Byrne) stumble their way into foster care adoption when they decide to start a family. Like a lot of couples going into foster care, they wanted to take in one small child. However, things happen and they decide on a teenage girl, but are shocked to find out she has two younger siblings that come with her. Needless to say, they get an instant family, including a rebellious 15-year-old girl (Isabela Moner, who happens to be the new Dora the Explorer)!
Instant Family also stars Octavia Spencer, Tig Notaro and Margo Martindale. Anders wrote the script with John Morris. They both serve as producers for the movie, along with Marc Evans, Mark Wahlberg and Steve Levinson.
