General Release

I give full permission for my submitted film reviews, articles and other creative media content to be used/reused indefinitely by Brian Barsuglia in any manner he sees fit in association with Influx Magazine & Entertainment News, a product of Koa Aloha Media, in any medium he chooses.  Furthermore, I understand that all writing, unless otherwise specified in writing, is submitted by me on a volunteer basis and without financial compensation.  I also confirm that I am the copyright holder and original author of all work submitted.  Any changes to this agreement must be agreed to by both parties in writing.

Non-Exclusivity for Articles, Reviews, Interviews and other Media not Generated by an Association with Influx Magazine & Entertainment News.

I understand that this agreement is non-exclusive and that I still maintain copyright ownership of these items and may publish them elsewhere.

These would be articles, reviews, interviews and media generated by the contributor of their own accord or previous, non-Influx associated relationships (Example: Contributor goes to a movie and writes a review)

Exclusivity for Articles, Reviews, Interviews and other Media Generated by an Association with Influx Magazine.

Any articles, reviews, interviews, media originally generated due to a contributor's association with Influx Magazine & Entertainment News shall be published exclusively with Influx Magazine.  & Entertainment News Contributor may re-publish articles or media on a personal blog or portfolio (items specifically designed to represent the contributor and not a collective); however, written permission is required by the Publisher of Influx Magazine & Entertainment News  to reprint/republish  any such articles anywhere else.

These would be articles, reviews, interviews and media generated by a contributor's association with Influx Magazine. Examples: Anything with Influx Magazine press credentials; interviews, premieres and screenings with an invitation due to an association with Influx Magazine & Entertainment News .

Use of Influx Magazine & Entertainment News Email

As a contributor to Influx Magazine & Entertainment News, you may be given a "yourname@influxmagazine.com" email address. This email address is not meant to be used for personal use and will remain the property of Influx Magazine & Entertainment News. All email communications indicating your association with Influx Magazine should be done using this email address.  If you do any "Exclusive" to Influx Magazine & Entertainment News content creation you will need an email address.

Use of the INFLUX Magazine & Entertainment News association *

I agree that I will only use my association with INFLUX Magazine & Entertainment News for content and media intended to be published on INFLUX Magazine & Entertainment News unless otherwise agreed to in writing beforehand by INFLUX Magazine and contributor.

I agree to follow and abide by general rules and guidelines of standard journalism ethics and principals.

I agree to represent myself and INFLUX Magazine & Entertainment News in a professional and ethical manner when an association with INFLUX Magazine is stated, implied or inferred, whether it be through any form of media or in person.

In other words, if you are associating yourself with us on social media, we want you to represent us professionally and ethically. If you are conducting an interview or at a premiere, we expect you to act and represent us professionally as well. That's it!
